The visual look and feel, database schema, math code modules, UI animations, layout configurations, logos, graphics, and articles published on CalcGPT are the exclusive intellectual property of CalcGPT and are protected by international trademark, copyright, and patent laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our calculators for personal or corporate calculation needs. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or resell any software script or content found on our platform without our explicit prior written consent.
3. Prohibited Activities
To guarantee the stability, performance, and legal safety of CalcGPT for all global users, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited behaviors:

- Attempting to bypass security barriers, access unauthorized sections of our server architecture, or execute DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) traffic attacks.
- Reverse-engineering the mathematical logic, source code, or internal translation hooks of any calculator module.
- Framing or mirroring our pages on secondary domains without legal authorization.

Any legal action arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in courts located within Wilmington, Delaware, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
